- Exposure in Executive Search/Recruitment, Trading, Wholesale/Retail, and/or IT Industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Online Recruitment and/or Executive Search processes is desired
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
